The Tips then wasted little time, as the 16-year-old prospect Jari Erricson scored at the 11 minute mark for the first Silvertips goal of the game. In addition to goals by Scott MacDonald and Kellan Tochkin, Tyler Maxell scored the game winner for the Tips (see photo).
