Dawson Chiropractic 9404 Evergreen Way (425) 353-8332

Finding proper health care can be a tough task for plenty of people. There are several stories about patients that can not communicate their needs to a doctor. Patients often share complaints that it is complete chaos finding a doctor who will just listen. And when it comes to pain, doctors just can’t make it go away.  Mostly there is a tremendous emphasis on how doctors rush from one patient to another lacking care and proper bedside manner. Of course not all doctors are bad. Just like anything else you’ve got to sort through many to find the best.

Today, I’d like to introduce you to Dr. Michael L. Clark of Dawson Clark Chiropractic Clinic at 9404 Evergreen Way in Everett. If you are wondering what kind of doctor is the right kind? Dr. Clark is definitely the right kind of doctor. Read more »

Emerald City Athletic trainer Pete Puccio guides my strength training at Emerald City Athletic Club 10110 Evergreen Way

It’s hard to work out at a gym and for some of us it can be down right scary.  Over 95% of people who sign up for gym memberships quit within the first two weeks.  By no means is this a story that will make you feel bad for not exercising.  I like you my readers just as you are.  I was never really fit. I was the kid in high school that got hit in the head with the soccer ball because I didn’t know how to play. Little Angel Audrey stays strong for surgery

It was a beautiful sunny day in Lake Stevens as my mom and I headed out to look for a good car wash. She had been recovering from hip surgery so the car had been parked under a tree and it needed a serious cleaning. What we found was a beautiful, loving family in need teaming up to save their new born baby daughter. They were working to help themselves bring home their tiny angel who waits at Children’s hospital in Seattle. “Wow. Your car is really dirty! You need a car wash.” A little boy called out from his post in the back of a pickup. “Get it clean!” He pointed us where to go. It took maybe seven people to wash mom’s car but we suddenly didn’t care about how clean it would become. One man and all the kids were scrubbing our car while other people washed other cars. They were soaked and spraying each other. It looked so loving and fun. That man as it turns out was washing cars to save his daughter’s life. Read more »
