The warmer weather has prompted a “kitten boom” at the Everett Animal Shelter. The shelter has dozens of beautiful kittens ready to be adopted into their new forever homes. To sweeten the deal, the shelter is currently offering two kittens adopted on the same day into the same household for $120–that’s $115 for the first kitten, and $5 for the second kitten! Both are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and FeLV tested, and come with one month of free pet health insurance. The shelter also has a large number of adult cats (who used to be kittens, don’t forget!) who are awaiting adoption. Their adoption fee is $75, but on Wednesdays, the adoption fee is waived, which means you could bring home a gorgeous new best friend for the cost of a license ($10 if you’re in the regional licensing area). The adoption fee for two adult cats adopted on the same day into the same household is $120. Bonded pairs of cats adopted on Wednesdays are $75.

All adopters must either own their homes or have written permission from a landlord to adopt a pet from the Everett Shelter, and must be able and ready to make the lifelong commitment these cats so richly deserve.

Come to the shelter today! Adoption hours are 11 a.m.-4:45 p.m. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.- 3:45 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m.-2:45 p.m. Sunday.
